20 local residents have been training with Moses Adeyemi, winner of Channel 4's "SAS: Who Dares Wins" tv show and founder of The Silver Line Programme
The Silverline Project have been working with 20 local residents who are undertaking a programme of intensive physical activity and mentoring, with the support of dedicated and qualified personal trainers/mentors and counsellors. The programme is more than just about exercise; it is also about meeting people and having fun!
