Summer of Wellbeing

1 brilliant borough in London, over 50 health and community groups, 9 free festivals and YOU!

The Summer of Wellbeing series of festivals from July to September 2022 were special days for Tower Hamlets residents and for us.

There were bouncy castles, face painting, children’s entertainers, activities, and workshops galore! Over the course of the festivals, more than 5000 people came along to have some fun together.

But it wasn’t all just about fun and games – we were also joined by a host of local health and wellbeing partners who were keen to reconnect you with the services and resources available to you.

Post COVID-19, it was more important than ever that we came together as a community to overcome the challenges of lockdown and loneliness.
Working together and helping each other out is the key to creating a strong, tight-knit community that can tackle anything life throws our way.
