Designed for people who don’t want to exercise in a mixed environment or are on a low income and referred by their health practitioners.

Guided by Tahmina Hakimova-Rees , a certified Menopause Yoga teacher, and Breathwork & Meditation practitioner. Come to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner peace.

Before booking your tickets, participants should complete the registration form using the link below. This will save you from having to register at the Box Office on the day and avoid any delays before your class.
