Our Parks – Abs, Bums and Thighs (ABT)
Get outside and get fit for free!
These women-only beginner ABT classes introduce body weight exercises with intervals, all with a focus on strengthening the Abs, Bum, and Thighs!
The classes are suitable for everybody, and even perfect for beginners as the friendly coaches can adapt exercises to suit all fitness levels.
Please register and Book In for your class to reserve your space & of course we’d love for you to bring a friend along as well!

Do I need to bring anything with me?
You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
What do I need to wear?
Wear anything you feel comfortable to move in. Be aware that you're outside, so layers are good in case it gets a bit chilly.
I'm not fit at all, can I still come?
Yes! These sessions are a great way to get started on your fitness journey. The coaches can adapt exercises to fit all levels of fitness, and you'll still feel the benefits!
