Come and practise your English while moving your body with gentle yoga.
This women-only group is friendly and relaxed, with simple exercises and real conversations to help you feel more confident.
No books or exams to pass, just fun, movement, and meeting new people.
The class is led by Serena, an English teacher and yoga and fitness instructor from All Good Movement.
