A gentle, women-only yoga class made for beginners or anyone wanting a slower-paced session.
The class focuses on simple stretches, light strengthening, and relaxation to help you feel more comfortable and confident in your body.
Young children are welcome to come along and stay with you during the session – they can even join in!

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
Mats are usually provided, but you can bring your own if you prefer.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes, young children are welcome to come along if accompanied by an adult.
I've never done yoga before! Will I be able to do this?
Yes. This class is designed for beginners, and the movements are simple and easy to follow. You can go at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need to.
