Lets Dance is open to all levels including absolute beginners and is run by professional dancer Rachel Sparks.
You’ll learn how to dance classics such as the Waltz and Rumba, each week learning new steps and practising how to dance with a partner (you don’t need to bring a partner with you – but feel free should you want to!). Everyone gets tonnes of support from the instructor and the other members, so don’t worry if you have never danced before!
Partner dancing is great for developing coordination, balance, strength, and agility – and can help you make some great new friends. Repeat sessions will help you to improve posture, joint mobility, and bone density. Dancing can also help boost confidence self esteem, give a sense of achievement and improve overall well being.Report incorrect information
