Welcome to our new relaxation and mindfulness class! Join us at The Cabin for guided relaxation and breathing techniques to help you relax, unwind and relieve your stress.
Our classes run on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Friday of every month from 6pm to 7pm at £3 per session.
