Find your balance between toning and strengthening for greater alignment in this morning Pilates class. A great way to relieve tension in the upper back, neck and hip flexors.
What to expect
These morning Pilates sessions aim to deliver immediate change and postural release.
Vicky is Stott Pilates trained and has a strong focus on alignment and using corrective techniques to give participants a new understanding of their body and its capabilities.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate levels.
Every Friday 9.30am-10.30am ( no class on 6th March )
£5 / £3 conc.
