The benefits of pilates are many! It helps pregnant women prepare their bodies for childbirth. Suitable for pregnant ladies from 12 weeks.  All are welcome regardless of experience of exercise and mats are provided.

Antenatal class: 10 – 11 am

Postnatal class: 11.15 – 12.15 pm (non-crawling babies welcome)
